Retractable Tether System

Retractable Scan Head Holder. This industrial quality tool balancer provides a means to protect the Scan Head of any B.O.S.S. system by helping the operator to keep the Scan Head in a upright position and reducing the possibility of Scan Head damage due to dropping. Features heavy duty tool support with adjustable vertical and horizontal positioning and screw down style mounting base for attaching to work bench or other suitable surface. Also includes durable spring-loaded tool balancer which attaches directly to the Scan Head. Keeping the Scan Head always available within easy, to use the operator simply grabs the suspended scan head and draws it towards the work piece. When finished, the retractable feature aids the operator in returning the Scan Head to its home position. Includes support arm, base, tool balancer and set up instructions.
