AMETEK Sensors, Test, and Calibration Pressure Products will accept returns for warranty, repair, re-calibration or refund with the proper authorization from our Customer Service department. All returns must be authorized in advance through the receipt of the proper Return Material Authorization number (returns for warranty, repair, or re-calibration). This authorization is essential to avoid problems and to facilitate the processing of the returns. Please be sure to provide as much information as possible when returning product.
How to return an item:
1. RMA numbers may be obtained from Customer Service by emailing the following, or calling 215-674-1234.
a. For PMT products: firstname.lastname@example.org
b. For USG products: email@example.com
2. Upon receipt of a RMA number, be sure to mark the number on the outside of the packaging to insure it arrives at the correct department. Please ensure products are properly packaged to prevent shipping and handling damages. AMETEK will not issue credit for goods damaged due to improper packaging.
3. Enclose a packing list referencing the RMA number, describing the reason for the return and the original purchase order number, if known.
4. Returning warranty, quality compliant, or engineering evaluation samples must be clean of process media. Product used on hazardous media must be decontaminated and identified as such with the appropriate MSDS accompanying the return. AMETEK will not process goods returned without proper decontamination identification and MSDS or suspect process media residue still inside the unit. AMETEK will dispose of the goods as hazardous material and submit the disposal charge to the sender.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you if there is any additional information needed. Otherwise, your return will be refunded or replaced.
